We at Leather Brands do not offer any warranty for the products sold at Leatherbrands.com. Being the manufacturer of leather products, LeatherBrands has the absolute control over the quality. Please e-mail us at support@leatherbrands.com to ask a warranty we offer for a particular product.
Do my products that I’ve purchased on leatherbrands.com come with a warranty?
There is no warranty on the products that are sold on leatherbrands.com. Leatherbrands.com is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipment of your order. All products and related items are carefully examined upon receipt in our warehouses and again before secure packaging takes place while filling your order. Be sure to thoroughly inspect all products upon receipt of delivery. Note: there is a 45 day money back policy (no exceptions). If there does appear to be damage to the products you have the following option:
If the boxes appear to be damaged it should be mentioned to the delivery agent and noted upon receipt. If this is the case, please notify the agent and file a claim for the cost of the damaged products and shipping expenses incurred. Call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS. Save all packaging for carrier inspection.
My items were received Damaged OR they do not work.
In the event you receive a broken or damaged item or the item proves to be defective out of the box, please email us after you receive the package at our Sales Department.
