What is your return policy?

You may return all merchandise within 45 days from the invoice date [no exceptions]. Orders that are older than 45 days may not be returned. All returned merchandise must be unused. LEATHER BRANDS is not responsible for any missing, lost, or damaged package. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx only.

Email us at support@leatherbrands for a return authorization number (RA number). This email must include the reason for the return or exchange. It must also include invoice billing name, order number, contact information, product number, and a brief description for returning the item. Please allow 1 to 2 days for a reply from us. Once you receive your Return Label via Email, Please print it and visibly past it on the outside of the box and return it to the Address on the Label. . Please retain the tracking number and email it to us a.s.a.p. at support@leahterbrands.com. The return or exchange cannot be considered complete unless you provide us the tracking number.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

Inspect your products immediately upon receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 45 days from the date on the invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. If multiple items are purchased with a discount or sale promotion, any items returned are subject to credit minus the original discount value on items not returned. Any item that is returned and does not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer. Packages refused will be subject to a 50% restocking fee minus all shipping charges.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please email us at support@leatherbrands.com to report the shipping errors within 3 days of receiving the package. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA number). Please allow 1 to 2 days for a reply from us.
